Seafood HACCP Alliance HACCP and Sanitation
Control Procedures courses are scheduled at the instructor's convenience. There
is no set schedule for upcoming courses. Go to the
Association of Food and Drug Officials web site to download and
view the most current schedule of courses offered in the United States and
abroad.
An online course sponsored by
Cornell University provides partial training and requires that
the participant attend a “HACCP Segment Two” course (offered through AFDO) to
complete the basic HACCP training course.
