AFDO Certificate

The Seafood HACCP Alliance in conjunction with the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) developed and maintains the uniform HACCP and Sanitation Control Procedures training manuals, course outlines and associated materials. The training programs are delivered through the AFDO regional affiliates utilizing a cadre of regional trained instructors.

Participants who attend the HACCP three day course will receive a "CERTIFICATE OF HACCP COURSE COMPLETION." Participants who attend the Sanitation Control Procedures one day course will receive a "CERTIFICATE OF SANITATION CONTROL PROCEDURES COURSE COMPLETION."  The certificates are recorded and issued by the national AFDO office.

The HACCP certificate will be viewed in recognition of training to satisfy the FDA mandatory seafood HACCP regulations.

Only courses registered through the AFDO/Alliance training program will eligible for either the AFDO Certificate for HACCP or Sanitation Control Procedures Course Completion.
