purposes only. Chemical contaminants may be only one of several significant
hazards for this product.

to fishing by foreign, federal, state, or local authorities
No fish may be harvested from an area that is under a
consumption advisory by a federal, state, or local regulatory authority
based on a determination by the authority that fish harvested from the
waters are reasonably likely to contain contaminants above the federal
tolerances, action levels, or guidance levels. Note: many consumption
advisories are not based on such a determination. |
