Note: A HACCP Segment 2 course was
offered during February 6-7, 2008 in San Francisco. There are no immediate
plans to offer another HACCP Alliance basic HACCP course this year.
The US Department of Commerce
Seafood Inspection Program also offers seafood HACCP training in
California. The USDC/SIP HACCP course covers both safety and quality in
the HACCP plan. The USDC/SIP training schedule is at:
